Jon Gruden is expected to be hired as Raiders HC. In fact ESPN even has an article where they say "their employee" is leaving ESPN to join the Oakland Raiders:

How does that work with the Rooney Rule? And what is even the point of that rule, when in the end, NFL owners are going to decide to hire WHOEVER they want, be it a minority candidate or what not. I think it is even more offensive that a rule exists that states a team must interview a minority even when they know they aren't going to hire them.
