We have a shit ton of cap space, with a new GM coming in. We will very likely be having multiple big FA signings this off-season, those can cancel out compensatory picks. I don't think you can rely on those. And those picks wouldn't be until 2025, if we did get any.

You're going to get a discount offer when a guy is in the last year of his contract. That needs to factor in as well.
