You're going to get a discount offer when a guy is in the last year of his contract. That needs to factor in as well.

A new GM with our roster holes, I hope we do spend money. We need players.

This is not Dan Snyder any more after this season, I have full-faith in Harris to hire a competent GM that will make good decisions on free agents.

I wouldn't want Snyder or Rivera behind it, but they will all be gone next year.

We can totally re-make this roster between now and next season, especially if we can pick up some extra draft picks by trading some current guys.
