I was quietly worried about how gibbs and saunders would work, but it appears to be going smoothly with them and also the others.

Pretty amazing how Gibbs is able to keep his coaching staff together. First when he comes back, he makes a couple of calls to some proven NFL coached (Bugel, Burns, Breaux) and they come out of retirement to come coach with him. Then he assembles a defensive staff that would have never stayed together more than a year under anyone else and keeps them together for 3 years+. Yes, Snyder is paying the money, but it is more than the dollars keeping these guys in Washington.
