Randy is still a stud, he had no team around him, no QB, and no hope.
Santana is also a stud, with a young QB and new system. both are good, i'd rather have santana...but the person who wrote that he'd rather have santana over every reciever save Steve Smith is simply pushing more blind redskins drivel. Please, harrison (old or not), holt, chad johnson, hines ward, anquan boldin, roy williams, these are all guys you've have to consider, with most, i'd argue being better.
