I wouldn't hire GW as a headcoach (overrated), look at his defenses in the past, one good year followed by a bad year and I'm not talking about his time in Washington. When he was with Houston/Tennessee his defenses were up and down (inconsistent). I would hire Russ Grimm, one from the old Gibbs tree.
