IMO he will step down or be fired at the end of this season when the eagles finish last in the division, and the eagles start the rebuilding process without him.

Step down? Maybe. Be fired? No way. He's done too much for that team. They're defending division champs and have won, what, 6 outta the last 8 division titles I think? I can't see him being fired.
