A simple no comment would be the better response. This is nothing new as i don't believe alot of what comes from Vinny. He is a likeable guy though, he just needs to go to a Public Relations 101 basic learning class. He's not the first FO guy to bend the truth a little.

I just don't get why the media gets surprised when a FO member does not give them the answers they want. So what if he said no comment (which is as good as saying yes) or yes we are negotiating a trade if another team was looking at JT they may have derailed us from getting him. So thumbs up to VC for throwing off the media.
