I saw the comments about my other post talking about old people.
Is it really so wrong to wish for fairness when it comes to the laws regarding older people? for example...if i lose control of my car and hit and kill a pedestrian, i am going to face charges and/or lose my license. But if I am 85 and do the same thing, nobody does anything to me....why is that fair?
