Still manage for many years to be considered a top playoff contender, that no one wanted to face (least of all the Redskins)? Get fired after a 9-7 season full of close losses? Watch his ex-team under a new coach/GM one season later be a bottom feeder wrestling in the muck with the Rams for the first pick in the draft? 9-7 (they could have been 12-4 pretty easy) to 1-12...
