The only thing that worries me is the comment about Tampa letting him go due to his inability to communicate with the plays to the players? WTF is that? He have a stroke or something? Never mind I re-read the article and noticed he was the OC in Tampa during this time when he was fired for lack of communication skills. Some people are best suited to be coordinators.
