Face it, if it wasn't the O-Line coach from the Colts, plenty of people would have something to say negatively; hell even if it was people would wonder why the guy left.

It's funny how people get locked on to certain people, probably just because of name value mainly. Meanwhile the people making these decisions are a hell of a lot more informed than we are, yet we seem to think we know best at times.
