Did Marshall's Actions Get Darrent Williams Killed?

I read that and didn't put a whole lot of weight on it other then Marshall himself feels like he might have. Lose a friend and you start wondering if anything could have been done differently.

They went to a bar and Marshall got into an arguement with another paytron. These things happen all the time they just don't end up in someone waiting outside the bar with a gun to get revenge. Gotta blame the idiot who shot Williams for not respecting life more vs. blaming Marshall. But I would agree with him I think I would be ready to leave Denver also.
