In the other, it's essentially just leveraging the fact that they control Rogers' rights, making a trade more enticing to a team that only has to pay his salary for one year at $1+ million, and basically suggesting that he's gone after this year.

Saves them nearly two million in uncapped dollars, which is the positive part.
