That talent he had on that team, was already assembled prior to his arrival. It's not like he went out and built this team from scratch.

and the only reason the steelers won the super bowl was because they play in the sucky nfl, since they barely got past the cards. that's also why the cardinals won 3 playoff games to get to the super bowl
