The only thing, the only thing that makes RG3 special is his legs. Meaning he's fast and he can run. If you look at his college game compared to Cousins he is much better at downfield passing than Kirk while Kirk was better at short and intermediate. Also in reference to Eli manning being a game manager that is a ridiculous statement.
