Thats not what he said. He said that by the time Campbell is an experenced starter Gibbs will be at a race track. That is pretty true if Gibbs is only here for five years. This last statment is just common sence and he did not really say anything that 99% of the people who follow football and knows Gibbs don't already know.

Back when he said this it was a popular thing to say Gibbs would retire early, and to me that's general feeling I get from that statement.
