Ok how about if someone gets hurt they only get the base salary. Which could be more then the $400,000. they have now. Hell I'm considered over the hill but I would take the $400,000 in a heart beat. Maybe if they didn't go and purchase million dollar homes and $100,000 dollar cars. I'm sure they could find a way to live off their measly $400,000.
