when 10 million are illegal immigrants and another 17 million have the resources to insure themselves yet choose not to the number really starts dropping. also consider that accoridng to the CBO 45% of the uninsured will be insured within the next 4 months then the hyperbolic 40-50 million everyone states starts looking a little less dramatic.
