Does he look or sound like a character risk?

Does he look like he can step right in, and play at a high level as a #1 WR without camp, preseason, practicing, gelling with the first team, qb, etc....?

What is the maximum in players/draft picks that should be given up for this WR?

Just some questions I thought were relevant, especially if we are looking into this guy.
Yes. This guy could walk in cold wearing flip flops and would be our #1 WR option by a mile.

I keep hearing that outside Santana Moss, the Skins don't have any weapons at Wide Receiver. The Skins don't have ANY receiving threats, period! It's not 2005. I can stab someone with my car key, but that doesn't make it a weapon.

The Skins should get Jackson and should have gotten TJ Who's your momma. It would take both of them for the Skins to have an NFL caliber Receiving corps.
