I've always felt he is an awsome DC but a horrible HC. It seems like everytime he gets a DC job he does well and looks good, ie; Buffalo, Falcons, Chargers, but when he gets the HCing job because of his awsome work he bombs or the team gets worse, ie; Buffalo, Falcons, Dallas and so on. I'd take Phillips as a DC, but never as a HC. Never.
