With Beck in there they can run the bootleg play-action stuff and the Giants will actually have to respect it. It also helps sell the stretch running game too.
Rex is a statue in the pocket, Beck adds a lot more athleticism and can make plays outside of the pocket on the run.

That all sounds good but in the end its Beck who will be doing those things and at this point I just dont see any coach losing sleep over whether Beck will shred their D with his play action and roll outs. That might change when Nov rolls around, but I have a hard time believeing that Beck is this undiscovered gem who's been over-looked for 4 years.
