You know how this league is, if a coach sees any sort of advantage, no matter how small, they will try to take advantage of it. That's why Shanahan is probably going to wait til the last minute to name a starter.

Good point, I guess the minimal advantage lies more in the unknown rather than the actual person playing QB.
