I don't think the Chargers-Giants trade is the actual bench mark because they traded up to the 1st overall spot.

I do think that because of who Andrew Luck is, the second pick is being treated more like the first pick than like a traditional second pick.

I happen to think the Eli Manning deal would be "fair" for RG3. Of course, you're gambling on Tannehill either 1) not being there at no. 6 or 2) not being much of a quarterback if you pull the trigger on RG3.
