Something needs to be done, and we need to promote Doug to GM

I believe the injuries are more than just bad luck, who knows what is causing it, it could be a multitude of things. Of course the training staff could be all or part of it. It also could be on Gruden and the coaching staff for how they manage players, whether it be at practice or in games. It could be on the front office for drafting or picking up too many free agents with past injury histories. I don't blame Fedex field as way more Redskins limped off the field than Giants during the last home game.

Feel bad for Josh, to a degree, bc I think we does want to win more than money. Players who play to win are becoming fewer and fewer.

Hes emotional, a 3 year window for this team has just been closed ... but its a pet peeve of mine when ppl say "no disrespect meant but ..(says disrespectful things)".

"Im not here to throw anyone under the bus ... but Im being used wrong."

These last 3 games and off season will suck. Players griping, finger pointing, leaks slandering coaches and players ....

That is typical for skins fans man, we are so used to this now. I honestly don't care about the Wins and Losses, I watch the games just to watch and I have for a couple years now. I wouldn't go to games knowing we would get beat (Dallas this yr) if I actually cared lol. As a fan of the game all u can do is watch, we suck and have for 25 years now. Nothing will change because Dan is the owner, people want to say "stop bashing Dan" Numbers don't lie folks.

"Because I'm not going to be a part of something that's not going to go forward and win a championship," Norman said. "That's serious. I don't care about the money, I don't care about the fame, I don't care about anything. The only thing I care about is that ring. You can strip me however you want to; strip all the titles I have to my name. If I don't win a championship, that means it's all for nothing."

That is y I love Norman, he wants to win. Dude was so down after the SB loss. It's a shame that this team has already given up on their HC

If he's serious and really means it, then he must restructure since money is not an issue. Right?

Re: By Popular Demand. Should the Skins FIRE Jay Gruden? Thread

I really don't want any off these Tampa rejects. I would fire Bruce today, he's fucking useless. Just a useless sack of spoiled shit. Anyone can do the welcome home BS. He's terrible at his job and doesn't even know basic PR. Seriously, where would Bruce Allen be today if he's last name wasn't Allen? Certainly not President of the Redskins. I've never seen a more incompetent person in a high level position in my life. The only thing he's good at is being cheap w/ Snyder's money.

DJ Swearinger:

Quote:
“It was like just this, ‘Blah, blah. OK, we’re out here at practice. Blah,'” Swearinger said. “We’ve got to practice better. I’ve been saying it all year. … It’s not surprising at all to me. You don’t prepare well, you’re going to fail. I don’t think we prepared well with some of the questions that’s been asked [by players] before the game. ‘Are you doing this right here? Are you doing this right there?’ We’re just not prepared.”
Fire Gruden.

Then DJ should call out people along with the other leaders of the team.

Re: By Popular Demand. Should the Skins FIRE Jay Gruden? Thread

If you can't see that the Redskins are not an organized outfit, then I don't know what you're looking at.

The team misses McVay direly on offense. He was the one who was organized. Gruden knows how to call plays and understands schematics. But he sucks at communicating it throughout the organization to the offensive coaches, offensive players, and getting them prepared in an organized and cohesive fashion.

McVay was the one who took the vision and communicated it, coached it, and implemented it. He was the one with the coaching talent.

Gruden needs to go, or he needs to find the next McVay on the double.

I'm 99% sure he gets fired now. We've actually now regressed record wise the last 3 years and this one might end up like 6-10.
