a) he is not facing attempted rape - the charge is showing porn to a college student...
b) he won, beating a 4 term incumbent, so obviously there was some support
c) do you have ANY support for your accusation?
d) I still don't see how this becomes like days past. are you saying that blacks have been put up as straw puppets and won the opposing party's nomination in the past?

Wait this one out you will see. I know that state. Lindsay Graham is the exception not the rule. U get himmed up by a local solicitor no telling what might happen. SC aint your average conservatives. Trust me that charge is related to him running.

If this guy wound up with a "lily white" jury in Manning, SC (35% white) or Columbia, SC (49% white), depending on the jurisdiction for the charge, then his attorney should be prosecuted. There would be plenty of justification to declare a mistrial or an appeal would certainly win.

Do you understand how juries are selected in a criminal trial?

I don't live in SC but I do work with the some of the Navy civilians in the Charleston area (the folks I work with down there happen to be white) and none appear to be racists. Grow up in South Carolina!!!! grow up in Manning. South Carolina ain't VA. I grew up there i am a good sandlapper. I can say what i want to about SC.
