Also I concur on Trent Williams. That's 3 weeks that for the most part (excluding his 4th quarter against D.Ware last week) he's played really well. I remember James Hall had a pretty good game against him in our matchup against them last year, and James Hall was pretty quiet today.

Re: The Running Game
No it's nothing serious. He's just not 100% to be carrying the load full time right now

Re: The Running Game
Can't agree with that. I think it's the playcalling or maybe Hightower is giving the stretch run outside it's chance to develop and it never does. Even the one or two runs to the outside for Torain went for very little to nothing. I can only remember Helu gaining significant yardage on the same type of play (all-season) once or twice. I do wish Torain had Hightower's more durable body or Hightower had Torain's vision.

Re: The Running Game
Why risk further injury when you have Torain and Helu and a bye week coming up?

Nothing against Hightower but it seemed Torain was trying to show the coaching staff they made a mistake having him sit for so long. It always seemed to take more then 1 or 2 people to bring him down today and on his TD run he looked like Superman flying into the endzone. Then there was a run where he dragged/carried a LB 6 yrds before being brought down. |

Re: The Running Game
Great seeing Torain out there though, running with a purpose.
Considering how well running backs play under Mike Shanahan it must suck to be cut by him. It's like if you can't make it as a running back playing for MS...you probably can't make it at all.

Re: The Running Game
Chester doesn't get a lot of pub but he was a great pick up for us. Definitely helped solidify the o-line.
