I usually don't either. I take a multivitamin and drinks lots of OJ.

Hey... what do you guys think about fish oil supplements? I just starting taking them. I hear great things about them.

I don't know anyone that has taken them, so I can't give you an answer on that.

I used to hate Cheerios and Kix as a kid. I still don't care for regular Cheerios.

I know two people close to me that take them and they dropped their cholesterol by 40-50 points. That's pretty impressive. There are quite a few doctors who are recommending it to their patients now as well. This is a great article I found on MSN. Long... but worth the read.

I've tried to find one for either (proving or disproving) but have only found people's opinions.
