Good post, but I find several issues with it.
1- Speaking at a Society for Neuroscience meeting in New Orleans, the scientists said claims that eating late lead to weight gain may be "an urban myth". Even after their research, they could not come up with anything conclusive.
2- It was done almost 4 years ago, and still nothing concrete.
3- Those were monkeys, and monkeys eat at all times of the day...how many fat monkeys do you run into? You have to use human subjects.
