Soooo, for each of us, what is the breaking point for Gibbs?

We are in the midst of a crisis in Redskins Nation. Never before have I seen such in-fighting after A WIN! Its obvious that our team is in turmoil. That being said, at what point for each of you would you actually call for a coaching change? Gibbs got a pass his first season. But in his second season Gibbs has bungled a couple of things, i.e. the trading of draft picks for Campbell, the Ramsey is my starter, etc. So here is the question: What is your breaking point? For me, if we finish this season with 6 wins or less, given the way Gibbs has handled this team, that would be enough to call for the Great One's resignation. Thoughts? Again, Im not picking a fight with the Gibbs supporters, Im merely asking when in your opinion what scenario would call for a coaching change.
