Given there's typically about 20 WRs who break 1000 yards every season and Garcon never has, even when fully healthy with P Manning tossing to him, I can't imagine anyone would rate him as a top 20 receiver. Low 20's maybe but he's been so inconsistent in every season of his career. Honestly I think he's an extremely difficult player to rank.

Garcon was the #3 or #4 option while he was playing with Manning. They had Wayne catching over 100 balls a season, in 2008 Dallas Clark also had 100 catches with Wayne, and Collie caught his fair share too. Once Garcon became the #2 Manning was out for the year.

What is so inconsistent about his numbers?

That's really the bottom line isn't it Matty? If he was ever elite you can bet your sweet ass Manning would have moved him up the chart

Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark in their primes... and Collie before his concussion problems got the best of him. That's the bottom line.
