This is one of those guys who just wins. Move Rice 10 spots down on your draft board. I really like this because we are going to see immediately just how smart that Flacco contract was...the affect on the team already has been tremendous. If the team wins and Flacco is good, he will deserve a ton of praise, but if he is even average to above average, team average he will deserve everything that is coming his way.
