The type of publicity that Xbox is receiving now is brutal. I'm still amazed how many of these "higher ups" even get to the position they are without understanding the concept of test markets or even listening to your customer base. The last MS guy making fun of the nerds got canned, and he was behind the crap that is currently in the Xbox one. Do they not understand this is NOT what the customer wants? /mind boggled

MS is taking a beating and rightfully so.

If they have some sort of trump card up their sleeve they better play it soon.

I think it's way to soon to declare a "winner" but Sony has definitely landed the first punch square to the jaw.
