So Alfred's home run swing into the stands, is OK right?

To me its two things: First, is it taunting? Second, does it delay the game? If the answer to both questions is NO, then not a penalty. I mean a 3 second home run swing into the stands does not do either of those things, nor does the "Tebow" prayer on one knee.

Players are only getting flagged if the celebration is directed at an opponent.

Dancing was included on the list of things you can't do? I know Victor Cruz scored in the 1st preseason game and did a mini salsa. I am not sure if he got a penalty or not however.

Its only a penalty if it is being down as a taunt towards another player. You can spike the ball, but if you go to a defensive player and spike it in front of him, thats a penalty. Same with Alfred, he can still do his baseball swing/salute to the crowd without any problems, but if he goes to a defensive player and does it in his face as a taunt, then he will get a penalty.

Ok great, so basically "do your thing" toward the crowd and do it quickly, then get out of there. Also do it alone and not with any other player involvment. I know guys come up and slap guys on the helmet and stuff like that, but that still doesn't constitute other people being involved. I know the Skins like to spin the ball as well. I guess doing it in the end zone after a score is OK, but after a first down(Pierre and Santana) is frowned upon.
