Trent's been fine. But he's just one guy. Kory, Will, and especially Chester have been awful. And LeRibeus is regressing, which is sad considering he hasn't even accomplished anything. And who knows what the deal is with Gettis.

Dallas defense front seven is week and thin n Ware didnt play most of the game. Minus a 45 yard run from Almo we got no push whatsoever. As for the pass protection he was hurried alot and pockets broke doen all nite. Chester sucks and so does Tyler.

Is there a problem between RG3 and Kyle?

A couple times last night I sensed frustration when Kyle and RG3 were talking on the sidelines and another time in the 3rd where RG3 was over center calling out stuff on the line and camera cut away to Kyle on the sideline who looked less than thrilled with what was going on...did anybody pick up on that? Or im I just looking to hard?

What makes Shanahan's lack of urgency and poor clock management even more egregious is that the offense has been at its most effective in the no huddle this season.

Why should Mike get one more year? We've seen what he has to offer and it isn't good enough for him to continue as HC. I hated the idea of blowing it up when I still felt that he was the right man for the job. I no longer feel that way. Now I hate that he is getting one more minute as HC.

Not sure thats enough to hang my hat on. Must remember that Dallas played with a lead from the opening possession. Play calling changes when playing with the lead. He was only sacked once for 5 yards and stayed relatively upright for 4 quarters.

Romo didn't have 200 yards, because he didn't need it.

No need to talk trash about 2 bad teams, yeah yal won Trap but Dallas isn't any good either and that is obvious. They just made the bigger plays last night like we did last yr in both of our wins vs Dal. There is no way that No name D and no run game wins 9 or 10 games. 8-8 at best imo.

He didnt need those completions he missed? Dez got shut the eff down too, gameplanned I imagine right?

Your coaches did the right thing in running the ball, because the more Romo attempts, the more likely he'll throw the pick that loses them the game...ie:well you know

A review of four hot issues following the Washington Redskins' 31-16 loss to the Dallas Cowboys:

It’s tough to defend the clock management at the end of the first half. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan defended the way Washington handled the end of the first half with timeouts and play calls. Shanahan knows more about coaching than I’ll ever know, but in this case here's what is known: The Redskins had a chance to stop the clock at Dallas’ 17-yard line with 37 seconds left. They would have had one timeout left. Conceivably, they could have run several more plays by stopping the clock at this point. They also would have been more limited to where they could throw with only one timeout, or whether they could run the ball. Still, they trailed 14-3 at the time and had a chance to gain momentum before the half. Instead, the Redskins ran three plays, including a quarterback keeper on third-and-10. They got their field goal; but they also lost a chance for more plays and, perhaps, more points.

Robert Griffin III regressed during the game from a passing standpoint. He completed nine-of-21 passes for only 112 yards in the second half, looking off-target on too many throws. The interception in the end zone wasn’t just on him, as receiver Santana Moss slipped and fell after the ball had been thrown. Griffin was under duress often and it possibly impacted his accuracy. Regardless, Griffin’s passer rating got worse in each quarter, starting with a 111.5 rating in the first quarter and finishing with a 25.0 in the fourth. He ran well; it wasn’t nearly enough.

Washington’s defense played its best game of the season, bothering quarterback Tony Romo enough to hurt his accuracy. Corner DeAngelo Hall did a terrific job on receiver Dez Bryant and, after a bad first series, the defense did a better job tackling. For the third straight game they also stopped the run. For the first time this season they did not allow a play of more than 20 yards. After a horrific start, the defense can feel better about themselves entering the Chicago game.

Bad calls occur every game. But the Redskins lost a chance to gain early momentum when the officials ruled that B.W. Webb was a passive player when he was blocked into the ball on a Washington punt. That meant it was not a fumble. But former vice president of officiating Mike Pereira told WFJK-FM’s Grant Paulsen that he would have ruled it a fumble because Webb was an active blocker, extending his arms to block Washington’s Jerome Murphy. The Redskins would have had the ball at the Cowboys’ 24-yard line trailing by a touchdown. They did force a punt and drove for a field goal. But they lost a chance at more points.
