Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
It would be very interesting if Kyle left and Mike stay and Kubiak was available. Don't see it, but interesting proposition nonetheless

I can't tell who is more to blame in the offense Mike or Kyle. Gary was his ace in the past and maybe they could recreate the magic. I for one would like to see the skins on hardknocks for this reason!

I don't see either of these for a demotion and want to work for Shanny at this stage in their careers. Too many guys who are used to do it their way doesn't seem like we can build something lasting before they get other offers. Quote:
I think the family thing is busted. An Off Cord should be able to smell the HC's foot for being so deep in his ass. This whole time Kyle is given the Offense and never scolded or corrected. That's Bulls***. Fear is the best motivator not an allowance for bubblegum or however the Shanny household works. |

I like how everyone thinks this is Kyle's offense. That's cute.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
I'm not sure whose offense it is. The problem is that it is not being executed.
RG3 is regressing, adjustments aren’t being made and they are forcing the ball to receivers that are not open. I hate when people speak in vague tones. What is the issue? Why does the team look so bad? Enlighten me

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
Our offense reflects what Mike wants it to reflect. Anyone who thinks Big Mike is hands off on offense and lets Kyle just do whatever he wants is fooling themselves. If I had to guess what we see on offense is mostly Mike's offense with a little bit of Kyle mixed in only because Mike lets Kyle make the play calls on game day.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
In any case the real problem is that our Oline is awful. There's no other way to look at it. They got basically man-handled last night by nobodies. Hell, our 2nd best lineman had to have been Polumbus. Let that sink in. The interior guys looked completely incompetent.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
The whole scheme sucks now, the WR's lining up as RBs is stupid and doesn't work anymore, I believe it was Mike Ditka this morning but he was saying the Skins Offense has to run gimmick plays to be effective and thats never a good sign.

eh I understand that but the Saints turned a whole franchise of losing into a power and TB did it as well under Dungy.

Well, if I'm hiring a new head coach, I'm going for Mike Zimmern and hiring McDaniels as my OC.

Re: Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?
That's just nonsense. The worst teams/franchises in league history have been turned around completely in just three years. Mike's had that and more. This is a piss poor team because of him, period. Mike has had complete control from day one and is more responsible for his team than any other coach in the nfl.
