Orako is serviceable, if he was better player he would make plays, for whatever reason he does not make the play. Coaching can make a difference but the bottom line is, the players don't execute and they don't make plays. Further there is a chronic lack of discipline and a tendency to make boneheaded 15 yd penalties that have a knack of allowing the other team to score. This has happened repeatedly this season, and was a major issue last night.
So your fix is to do what exactly? Burn through the entire defense, change the whole coaching staff, and do all this without a number one draft pick this offseason? Wow, sounds like a plan to me!

Not having a number 1 draft pick is certainly an issue, as is treating the Ferrari (i.e. RG3) like a demolition derby car, in particular after giving up all of the picks to obtain RG3's draft rights. So who's responsibility is it to be a good steward of the team, who is supposed to be the adult in the room? Why that would be Mike Shanahan, so yes after four years and a .420ish win percentage it is time to make change.

The team needs a culture change, who, or how that is going to be made I don't know, if I knew, I'd probably be a head coach. We have seen basically the same product for almost two decades now. Undisciplined play as evidenced by penchant for 15yd unsportsmanlike or unnecessary roughness penalties, costly gaffes, losing to 'inferior teams' and so forth. Not to mention the perennial issue of not having a pass rush.

So yeah, count me in on the blow up the coaching staff and start over bandwagon.
