I just don't agree they had much talent to begin with, he pretty much gutted that team. If anything you should give him more credit for really putting his stamp on them. He's also one of the few guys in the league along with Shanahan that has almost total control. I thought you weren't a fan of that setup?

PC did turnover the roster but they had some decent talent when he came in since they won their division in 2003,4,5,6,7 and went to SB XL in 2006. Obviously the were a perennial playoff contender when he took over. Not quite the case when MS took over the Skins.
