Re: skins eagles postgame
But RG3 aside. I'm still baffled that we run the ball for 165 yards in the first half, and didn't attempt one roll out. Even if your QB is struggling, help him by cutting the field in half, and allowing him to use his legs.

Edit: i said this weeks ago - its almost like it is all or nothing. R/O run and get trucked half the time, or stand in the pocket like he is Peyton Manning. The bootleg is tailor made for Griff. When they do run it seems like it is to the opposite side. I cant even really talk about it because it makes me crazy. Lol |

Re: skins eagles postgame
Wait. We ran the rollout twice after watching the game again. 1st one was a first down to Reed. Second was a Touchdown

Re: skins eagles postgame
Would also like to add thay on the sack fumble... Reed runs the wrong route and would of been wide open for a quick TD. Was a good play call but bad execution.
That is why I said. " we just played a bad game all around". To many things going wrong for this team and not enough fingers.

Was not comparing Jason to griff in football terms, was comparing the smile after missing a wide open receiver on the way back to the sidelines.

Re: skins eagles postgame
![]() I have to say that I lost a lot of respect for Griffin over his press conference following the Eagles game. The true character of a person is shown at his worst time, and this is what we get? A immature brat that threw his coaches under the bus and didn't own up to his shitty game he had?

Ideally he shouldn't have brought up anything that could be viewed as a criticism of the coaches or play calling. But on the other hand he's frustrated just like everyone else and sometimes you say shit you shouldn't. He's not the first guy to do it. I think people need to take a step back and realize he's a 2nd year QB and a 23 year old guy. He's figuring things out as he goes, on and off the field. It always amazes me how as a society we love to build people up and in the next breath break them back down. |
