Does anybody actually get the sense that we have a chance?

Yes. Although I am not predicting a win, the Chiefs could overlook us. And sooner or later we'll put together a solid game in all three phases.

Re: Redskins Vs Chiefs Pre game thread
We havent really done that in twelve games, even in our THREE wins. What makes you think after the stinkers we have laid, and now EVERYONE knows our season is completely over, that they will put it together now? I mean shit, we are hoping a rookie Tight End is back so our passing game won't look like a "passing gas" game. This season is over, give the youngins some time to mature a bit, get cousins out there so RG3 doesn't get hurt in cold weather, and then make sure you sign Kubiak to OC, get rid of Haslett, and hope we get a couple good draftees and free agent pickps (that are not TOO old). This season is done. Watching the redskins for these last four games is going to be like watching a retard try to not stab himself when you hand him a knife. Impossible and painful.

Re: Redskins Vs Chiefs Pre game thread
The Chiefs hold a lifetime 7-1 record against the skins. Let's make it 7-2 instead of 8-1.

Re: Redskins Vs Chiefs Pre game thread
Here. I think with the talent we have we should be able to be at least competitive in all our games and therefore should be able to win in close contest especially at home. I think when you look at talent and depth, we are probably average in the league.
My biggest condemnation of the Shanny regime this year is with that said above is our coaching staff hasnt been able to get the most out of talent and the team has been grossly inconsistent in play; not only from game to game, but half to half. Which points directly to coaching. We havent play a consistent game with all facets of the team excelling in a half all year. Which means we are unprepared and cant adjust. Coaching, coaching, coaching Sure we've been in hurt lack talent at WR, secondary which is obvious. But when I see the Dline and Oline regress from last year I really have a hard time understanding that. We can win this game if we come out prepared and play at a consistent level all game.
