I would has how many Defensive HC's have won a SB, but ... in either case you bring in a Defensive HC and what do we do offensively? you won't get Art (which is probably what you want) to be OC, so then your trying to find some other coach who can fix RG3 or your hoping Cousin's who was picked for cheap gets the nod. |

RGIII blowing Snyder,,,,,,nice. No respectable coach will ever come to this once proud organization.

However I'd think lack of viewers might do something to him as well. Could be wrong. Maybe it was already paid up by the tv stations. |

Redskins will probably hire Gruden because he is a name and he will draw media attention and people will start on the bandwagon again... then he will fail because the organization is poorly run and to be honest, he doesn't have a great track record with sustaining success. |

Re: Chiefs vs. Skins Post-Game
I really hope Briles is just speculation. Hiring Briles isn't going to do much to quiet down the whole, "Redskins catering to RG3" thing. I can't say I'd be upset if he did get hired though, at least RG3 would be working with a guy who knows exactly what he's all about and vice versa.

I wanted Gruden before MS. I still want Gruden. Gruden is also a great QB coach. But does he like RG3? What if he see's more pocket passing development out of Cousin's? I don't care what we gave up for RG3, I want the best QB on the field and if the new HC thinks its Cousins then put Cousins out there. That's my belief. But will DS allow it? |
