How about Russ Grimm? He has ties to the team and he has been an o-coordinator.

seriously smoot, I know you got contacts, just put this out there for the powers that be. Doug is a winner, learned from Joe gibbs and has head coaching experience. Got shafted on his second stint at grambling.

Synder loves the glory day winners.

I likwe Billick, but I sense that, like Cowher, he's pretty content where he is. (I would take Cowher, btw. Love the fire and you know our D would be improved.)

Probably Snyder's biggest coaching mistake looking back now.

I would have loved seeing a good 5 years of what Marty could have done.

Completely agree. Plus, it would have saved us from Spurrier.

Glad you have lived the perfect life. Don't forget your pile of stones by the door.

Re: Choose Your 2014 Redskins Head Coach (Volume 2)

Jay Gruden (a true potential HC candidate) plead not contest to a Reckless Driving while intoxicated charge a few years back. That shouldn't matter too much, just as Kyle's incident shouldn't matter too much.
