Why are you so confident that Lovie is a safe pick? Hiring a head coach that had won 2 SB's, and had a winning record over a 15 year career as a head coach seems like a pretty safe move to any reasonable person, and yet Mike Shanahan is going to finish his worthless career here with a worse record than Jim Zorn did. 3-13? Fuck this asshole and his shitty ego, his shitty coaching staff, and everything else associated with him.

Lovie had plenty of time to do that in Chicago, and he didn't come close. If the guy that can do that is the "riskiest" move, so be it. I don't want some guy who's going to be 8-8 year after year, just barely doing enough to keep his job.
