How would you rank the openings?

1. Detroit - Most talent in place. Have QB.
2. Washington - QB in place. Money to spend.
3. Cleveland - Some very good talent. Need QB.
4. Houston - Good foundation. Need QB.
5. Tampa - Improved defense. Need QB. Good weather.
6. Minn - Aging stars. Need QB. Bad weather.

1. Detroit - Agree on Talent
2. Houston - Good Defense, Best defensive player in the NFL, some good talent on offense, and number one overall pick.
3. Washington - Talent at QB. Defense is just terrible.
4. Cleveland - Like you said, just need a QB
5. Tampa - Lavonte David is a beast. A few other good players. Franchise seems willing to spend money to resign players or go after other players.
6. Minnesota - No stadium next year and just a bad situation.

Bucs completely cleaned house, fired GM Domenik along with Schiano.

To me, having a QB in place is a big deal. That's why I ranked DET and WAS 1-2. But I can understand why others might rank the HOU and CLE jobs ahead of WAS.

I think what makes Houston attractive is that the coach/gm will be able to select their own QB with the number one pick. Kind of like the Colts 2 years ago.

I think Houston is the most attractive job, due to the tremendous talent on both sides of the ball, as well as their draft picks. Houston's biggest problems this season were with undisciplined play and poor play-calling. They do need a QB, but they have the first overall pick. If I'm a HC candidate, I go to Houston.
