Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
I think there are better options than Nicks out there. I'd rather see James Jones or Jacoby Jones (if the Ravens would let him go) or even Maclin before Nicks. Not that Nicks can't ball but he was so inconsistent last year. I know he was battling an injury though.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
Yea no Nicks.....
Were gonna pickup somebody at wide reciever like we did Josh Morgan most recent, im gonna hate it, and im gonna be right because id take literally 3 players from who i saw and two are based off returning. I like Alex Mack at Center or Wharton Panthers RG

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
He wants paid though. He's held out over money before and is basically a taller version of DeSean Jackson, attitude-wise at least.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
Jacoby Jones would be a great addition. At 29, he won't be a stud KR much longer. But if he isn't asking for much more than the 3 million/year he's making now, he'd be worth it. Our WR corps could certainly use him.

EXPECT he had a chance to come here before and declined.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
If I had the chance to play for either the Ravens or the Redskins, I wouldn't come here either.
But I think the Ravens have had their glory years. I don't see them being a Super Bowl contender next year either.

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
As it turns out, Decker's rather publicly married and expecting a young buck, anyway, as these photos attest:

Re: Current 2014 Free Agents
If we're going to sign a FA WR it should be a guy like Decker. He seems like the safest investment at the position.

Jacoby Jones would be great to have as a PR/KR but I don't think he'd do much for us as a receiver. Nevertheless, I wouldn't rule him out. Now, Maclin (when healthy) could really upgrade our WR corps. He can do it all. Put him opposite Garcon and that would give opponents something to worry about. I'm on the fence about Nicks.

So funny you say that. My wife watched it and was like "I don't see how it's possible, but there is a person alive more ridiculous than Kim K."

Agreed. Bring her to DC. Her husband can play WR for us also.
