He couldn't win here even though he had full control over the team. Like CRedskins said, if that constitutes a no-win situation for him, he obviously shouldn't be hired again.

Anyway, he failed and was fired here, he failed and was fired in Oakland, and his Broncos team was floundering when he was fired there... I doubt he'll get another job.
