I never thought about before but I am suprised we don't have a few more officially retired numbers. I really would have thought Theismann, Riggins, and Monk's number would already have been "officially" retired.

I agree...at least Riggins and Monks. Yeah..I'm also going to say JT as well, because I feel like since he ended his career with that leg injury, we haven't had a QB like him since.
