This year I believe that's done. The best guy, whomever that's going to be, is going to play. Griffin's leash is gone.

I agree. The end of last season put a lot of Griffin's play on tape in a lot of different situations.

Jay already knows who he wants to play out of the QBs on the roster. He has the film to sit down with whoever and make the case for his decision.
