What the hell does an OLineman need fingers for? To get holding penalties? I think they should put them in fingerless gloves and be done with it. There is FAR too much holding in the league, it is hurting the game.

if they did that, then passing would be worthless, running too... Dlines would become even more important and offenses would be toned down (And that's really bad for ratings), so i never think that'll happen. Old school football used closed fist blocking on olines i believe.... total slugfests.
