no idea what the real reason is, but the pop psych answer is Orakpo felt put down, and is out to prove the world it was the Skins, and Kerrigan got paid, and is taking it easy.

More likely Tennessee is in the AFC South which is an even worse division then the NFC East, and our schedule this year has included some very good opponents.

People leave the Redskins and get better, come here and get worse, i.e. Culliver so far.
